Fotografie und professionelle Bildbearbeitung
Was meine Arbeit besonders prägt, ist meine Erfahrung in der professionellen Bildbearbeitung. Von 2007 bis 2015 war ich als Bildbearbeiterin für Fotografen, Werbeagenturen und große Kampagnen tätig. Dadurch weiß ich nicht nur, wie ein gutes Portrait fotografiert wird, sondern auch, was ein hochwertiges Bild in der Postproduktion ausmacht.
Die Retusche bleibt dabei natürlich: Haut soll nach Haut aussehen, Licht und Farben sollen stimmig bleiben und die Bearbeitung soll am Ende nicht sichtbar sein.
Was ist ein gutes Bewerbungsfoto?
Ein gutes Bewerbungsfoto macht in einem einzigen Moment sichtbar, was einen Menschen ausmacht: Kompetenz, Persönlichkeit und Haltung.
Ob du eine neue Position anstrebst, die Branche wechselst, frisch ins Berufsleben einsteigst oder den nächsten Schritt in eine Führungsrolle machst – dein Foto ist häufig der erste persönliche Eindruck, den ein potenzieller Arbeitgeber von dir bekommt.
Dabei geht es nicht darum, möglichst perfekt auszusehen. Ein gutes Bewerbungsfoto sollte professionell wirken und gleichzeitig nach dir aussehen. Es sollte deine Persönlichkeit zeigen, ohne ins Private abzurutschen, und Selbstbewusstsein vermitteln, ohne aufgesetzt zu wirken.
Genau darauf achte ich beim Shooting. Gemeinsam finden wir einen Ausdruck und eine Bildsprache, die zu dir, deinem beruflichen Umfeld und der Position passen, für die du dich bewirbst. Ich unterstütze dich bei Haltung, Körpersprache und Ausdruck und achte gleichzeitig darauf, dass du dich vor der Kamera nicht verstellen musst.
Das Ergebnis sind professionelle Portraits, die klar, modern und authentisch wirken und bei denen du dich auch selbst wiedererkennst.

This is how a job application photoshoot works with me.
1. Preliminary discussion (short & clear)
Which position? Which industry? What effect should your image have?
We'll clarify in a few minutes what your goal is and how you want your photo to look.
2. Outfit Check
What supports your professionalism?
I'll advise you on colors, style, and impact. Feel free to bring several outfits – we'll decide together what best represents you.
3. The photoshoot
I will guide you precisely – calmly, clearly, without pressure.
The photo shoot usually lasts 1 to 1.5 hours.
We won't stop until we have truly perfect pictures in the can.
4. Image selection
I recommend that you don't make the selection directly on site.
This decision deserves peace and some distance – ideally with a trusted person who can assess you well.
You will receive an online gallery where you can take your time to choose.
5. Professional retouching
Fine, natural and high-quality.
I retouch your photos to make you look fresh and clear – without artificial effects.
6. Delivery within 2 working days
You will receive your final images digitally in high resolution –
